On the afternoon of January 20, the Ho Chi Minh City Student Support Center organized the program "Spring from millions of golden hearts - Spring At Ty 2025" for students in difficult circumstances who cannot return home to celebrate Tet.

Sharing at the program, President of the Vietnam Student Association in Ho Chi Minh City, Tran Thu Ha, highly appreciated the efforts of many students to overcome difficulties, not only being good at studying but also actively participating in movement activities, competing to do good deeds, spreading positive things in the community.

"The name of the program "Spring from millions of golden hearts" clearly shows the noble gestures. Through the program, many hearts have contributed to the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam Student Association and the city's political system to bring a warm, meaningful spring to students" - Ms. Ha said.

Each participant can interact with artists, participate in folk games and receive Tet gifts worth 1 million VND/gift.

Holding the Tet gift in her hand, My Trinh, a student at the Ho Chi Minh City University of Architecture, emotionally said: "My mother has cancer, my father is old and cannot work much. Difficulties are compounded when I do my graduation project next semester, which will cost a lot of money. Therefore, I took advantage of staying in the city to paint and deliver goods for hire, sharing the economic burden for my family. This gift gives me more motivation, making me feel warmer when I have to celebrate Tet far from home."

Mr. Le Nguyen Nam, Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Student Support Center, hopes that from the experience of being away from home during Tet today, students will have more motivation to overcome difficulties, try to study and practice, always be brave and resilient to conquer the ladder of knowledge to become the pride of their families.
