Summary of 25 years of implementing the movement of All people unite to build a cultural life

Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism Nguyen Van Trung spoke at the conference.

The conference comprehensively evaluated the results of the movement as well as the impact of the movement over the past 25 years on society. Representatives of typical units, groups and individuals also had specific discussions analyzing and clarifying lessons learned and good solutions to implement the movement.

Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism Nguyen Van Trung said: In practice, after 25 years of implementing the movement "All people unite to build a cultural life" under the leadership of Party committees at all levels, the government and the active participation of mass organizations, especially the widespread response of all classes of people, the Movement has truly become a large-scale movement of the masses and deeply penetrated into all areas of social life, contributing to setting an example of good people, good deeds, arousing the responsibility to fight against bad people, evil people, maintaining security and order, improving the spiritual and material life of the people. Cultural titles are concerned with promoting the quality of each title in the direction of standards and quality.

With the determination and consensus of the entire political system, the province has gradually realized the goal of building Ben Tre people to develop comprehensively, while improving the quality of families to become happy and progressive homes, creating a solid foundation for building a cultural community and a civilized society. Today's achievements are a vivid demonstration of the consensus between the Party's will and the people's heart, and are the result of the perseverance and persistence of many groups, individuals and organizations that have tirelessly contributed throughout the 25-year journey.

Outstanding individuals received certificates of merit from the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

On this occasion, the Steering Committee also awarded outstanding collectives and individuals in implementing the movement. 30 collectives and individuals received certificates of merit from the Provincial People's Committee, 149 collectives and individuals received certificates of merit from the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
