The total area of annual crops reached more than 113,000 hectares, reaching 75.84% of the yearly plan, up 1.24% over the same period last year, of which there were more than 78,000 hectares of grain crops. The total area of fruit trees was more than 26,200 hectares, reaching 101.76% of the yearly plan, up 17.28% over the same period; nearly 11,000 hectares of perennial industrial crops of all kinds. The area of high-tech agricultural land was over 426 hectares, up 81.39% over the same period. The area of crops certified as organic (US organic standards (USDA-NOP), Japan (JAS) and Europe (EU) was over 5,599 hectares in crops such as cashew, melon, asparagus, dates, longan, mango, etc.)
Regarding the construction of large fields, the whole province has implemented 36 large fields with an area of 5,016.52 hectares, reaching over 97% of the 2025 plan. Plant protection work continues to be implemented synchronously and drastically; close monitoring of the field situation, pests, weather and crop structure is of interest to help accurately forecast the risk of pest outbreaks and provide timely prevention solutions, contributing to protecting crops and stabilizing production.
