Some delegates suggested that the title, some words and terms should be researched and refined to ensure brevity and accuracy... The reviewers unanimously proposed to increase the support level from 1 million VND/village, residential area/year according to the draft Resolution to at least 2 million VND, ensuring it is consistent with reality.

In his concluding remarks, the Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee highly appreciated the preparation and drafting process of the draft Resolution by the advisory body, ensuring brevity, rigor, compliance with legal regulations and in line with reality as well as the contributions of the members of the Review Council who had practical opinions, in line with the goal of issuing the Resolution to soon come into life, contributing to improving the quality of building village covenants and conventions to build a democratic society, build a united, prosperous and happy residential area and the necessity of the Resolution in supporting resources to build village covenants and conventions. He requested the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism (the advisory body drafting the draft Resolution) to absorb the opinions of the delegates, make appropriate adjustments and complete the draft Resolution to submit to the People's Council at the upcoming session.
