The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee listened to a report on the preparation of personnel and documents for the commune-level congress.

On the afternoon of June 4, Provincial Party Secretary Ngo Chi Cuong chaired a meeting to listen to reports on the planned arrangement and assignment of cadres, civil servants and public employees; the preparation of documents for the new commune-level Party Congress; the preparation of headquarters and working conditions for new communes and wards, and a number of other related issues.

Speaking at the meeting, Provincial Party Secretary Ngo Chi Cuong requested district, town and city Party committees to complete specific personnel arrangement plans in communes and wards (after the merger) to report to the Provincial Party Standing Committee for consideration and official comments next week.

In the process of arranging personnel and preparing the working headquarters of the new administrative unit, the Provincial Party Secretary noted that it is necessary to prioritize the selection of personnel and location for the Public Administration Center, ensuring the most convenience for people when carrying out administrative procedures, without interrupting services for people and businesses.

The Provincial Party Secretary requested local units to focus on carefully preparing the congress documents. In particular, the work of collecting comments and contributions must be focused on ensuring quality, practicality and effectiveness. Provincial Party Secretary Ngo Chi Cuong emphasized that there is not much time left, while the workload is huge. Therefore, local Party committees need to uphold a sense of responsibility, focus, be serious, and proactively coordinate to carry out tasks most effectively.
