Accordingly, in 2023, the highest salary is 250 million VND/month in the private enterprise sector, the lowest salary is 4.16 million VND/month.

Regarding Tet bonuses, for LLCs with 100% charter capital held by the State, the highest 2024 Lunar New Year bonus is 34 million VND, the lowest is 300,000 VND; the highest 2024 Lunar New Year bonus is 45 million VND, the lowest is 500,000 VND.

For joint stock enterprises with State capital, the highest 2024 New Year bonus is over 21.4 million VND, the lowest is 100,000 VND; the highest Lunar New Year bonus is 150 million VND, the lowest is 500,000 VND.

For private enterprises, the highest 2024 New Year bonus is 10 million VND, the lowest is 50,000 VND; the highest 2024 Lunar New Year bonus is over 1.047 billion VND, the lowest is 200,000 VND.

For foreign-invested enterprises (FDI), the highest 2024 New Year bonus is over 157 million VND, the lowest is 100,000 VND; the highest Lunar New Year bonus is over 311 million VND, the lowest is 100,000 VND.
