Khanh Hoa Province Tax: Paying tribute to heroic martyrs at Gac Ma Soldiers Memorial

Officials and civil servants of the provincial Tax Department offer flowers at the Gac Ma Soldier Memorial.

The delegation offered flowers and incense at the monument cluster "Those who lie on the horizon" and spent a minute of silence in memory of the heroes and martyrs; visited the underground museum - where the relics of the heroes and martyrs of Gac Ma are kept; learned about the war and the heroic sacrifice of 64 officers and soldiers of the Vietnam People's Navy while on duty to protect the sovereignty of the sea and islands of the Fatherland in the Gac Ma - Co Lin - Len Dao sea area in 1988.

On this occasion, Khanh Hoa Provincial Tax Department also organized a journey to the source in Quang Tri province. Here, the delegation offered incense and flowers at the National Martyrs' Cemetery on Road 9 and the Truong Son National Martyrs' Cemetery to express gratitude and commemorate the heroic martyrs who sacrificed for the cause of national liberation, construction and protection of the Fatherland. This activity expressed deep gratitude and the tradition of "When drinking water, remember its source" of the cadres, civil servants and employees of the Provincial Tax Department.
