New procedures in the field of import and export

Accordingly, this decision announces a list of 36 newly issued and amended and supplemented administrative procedures; including 1 newly issued administrative procedure and 35 amended and supplemented administrative procedures in the field of import and export under the management scope of the Dong Nai Department of Industry and Trade.

The Provincial People's Committee assigns the Department of Industry and Trade to be responsible for organizing the posting and public disclosure of administrative procedures that have been announced under its jurisdiction on the electronic information page, at the headquarters of the unit, locality and public administrative service center. Develop internal procedures and electronic procedures for handling administrative procedures announced in this decision and submit them to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and approval as a basis for coordinating with the Department of Science and Technology to deploy configuration and update the administrative procedure handling process on the province's administrative procedure handling information system; deploy receiving and processing records and administrative procedures for individuals and organizations according to regulations.

The Office of the Provincial People's Committee is responsible for presiding over and coordinating with the Department of Industry and Trade to update and publicize the contents of administrative procedures that have been published on the national database of administrative procedures of the Government . The Department of Science and Technology is responsible for presiding over and coordinating with the Department of Industry and Trade and relevant agencies and units to configure and update the contents of administrative procedures published under this decision on the provincial administrative procedure settlement information system; integrate and connect eligible online public services on the National Public Service Portal and the provincial administrative procedure settlement information system according to regulations.
