Information on the recall plan to update the ECM software - Fuel control system on the Rebel 1100 2021/2022 product

Honda Vietnam Company (HVN) would like to announce a plan to update the fuel control system software on the product line: Rebel 1100 manufactured in Japan, production year 2021 and 2022, imported and distributed by HVN. This campaign is carried out to fix the phenomenon: Error in fuel injection control settings. This can cause inconvenience to customers during use and in rare cases can lead to the possibility of engine failure, potentially causing an accident. Currently, Honda Vietnam has not recorded any incidents affecting the operation or safety of the vehicle.

Owners of affected vehicles will be informed of the repair plan, including the location and time of repair, by Honda Authorized Large-Displacement Motorcycle Dealers (Honda Dream Wing) and authorized Large-Displacement Motorcycle Repair Shops (Honda Exclusive Authorized Dealers) via phone and/or e-mail or other forms of communication. We are working hard to implement relevant measures to implement the campaign as soon as possible.
