Agree on the project to merge two provincial business associations

At the conference, representatives of Phu Yen Business Association and Dak Lak Business Association signed a memorandum of agreement on the merger project of the two units.

The official name after the merger is Dak Lak Provincial Business Association, with the scope of operations expanding to the entire administrative area after the merger.

Representatives of the two associations exchanged minutes of agreement on the merger.

In addition to facility 1 in Buon Ma Thuot ward, the conference agreed to establish a representative office of the Dak Lak Provincial Business Association in the East (04 Le Loi, Tuy Hoa ward) to ensure the maintenance of activities and support for businesses in the East of the province.  

The two associations will continue to operate independently and be responsible for their internal affairs until the official congress is completed later this year.

Also according to the consensus minutes, Mr. Huynh Van Dung, former Chairman of Dak Lak Business Association, holds the position of interim Chairman of Dak Lak Business Association, with general responsibility. Mr. Nguyen Tan Thuan, former Permanent Vice Chairman in charge of Phu Yen Business Association, holds the position of interim Permanent Vice Chairman of Dak Lak Business Association, concurrently Head of the Eastern Office.

Inheriting the achievements of the two previous associations, the Dak Lak Provincial Business Association will promote its role as a representative of the business community in the province, focusing on connecting and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of members; at the same time supporting businesses to operate effectively to contribute to the socio -economic development of the province.
