The provincial regular asset valuation council in criminal proceedings is chaired by Ms. Phan Thi Cam Van - Deputy Director of the Department of Finance; Ms. Nguyen Thi Duy Hien - Deputy Head of the Price and Public Assets Division, Department of Finance is a permanent member.

Council members include the remaining civil servants of the Price and Public Assets Department, Department of Finance; representatives of departments, branches, sectors and other specialized agencies, organizations and units related to the assets to be appraised (based on the asset appraisal requirements, the management functions of the sector and field of the assets to be appraised, the chairman of the council shall invite accordingly).

The activities, rights and obligations of the council, the chairman and members of the council, the costs of valuation, revaluation of assets and related contents shall comply with the provisions of the Decrees: No. 30 dated March 7, 2018 and No. 97 dated December 23, 2019 of the Government, Circular No. 30 dated April 17, 2020 of the Ministry of Finance and related amendments, supplements and replacements.

The Council uses the seal of the Department of Finance when signing documents related to the Council's activities and is responsible for the Council's legal status.

This Decision takes effect from the date of signing and replaces Decisions: No. 3346 dated October 22, 2019, No. 643 dated March 31, 2023, No. 135 dated January 22, 2024, No. 2451 dated October 17, 2024 of the Provincial People's Committee.
