The TNTN "Digital Literacy" teams have deployed nearly 200 propaganda sessions for more than 9,000 people with the following contents: Propagating and popularizing information technology knowledge and skills for people; organizing direct and online courses on digital skills; instructing people on how to use computers, smart devices and social networks; supporting the implementation of online public services, interacting with the government via digital platforms; instructing households to participate in sales on reputable e-commerce platforms; raising awareness about information security, preventing online fraud, identifying and preventing bad and toxic information in cyberspace.

Mr. Nguyen Trong Lam, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, Chairman of the Vietnam Youth Union of Binh Phuoc province said: “With the motto of "going to every alley, knocking on every door", the Youth Union teams have gone directly to each household to provide digital skills guidance, helping people, especially the elderly and those who are not familiar with using technology, to easily access and apply it in their daily lives. In addition, the movement also focuses on teenagers - a group of people who quickly access technology but need to be equipped with knowledge about information security. The training sessions help them know how to protect personal information, prevent online fraud and identify false information in cyberspace".

Many activities from the TNTN team “Digital Education for the People” have created practical changes in people’s lives. Many households have initially accessed online public services, using digital platforms. Many small businesses have been instructed on how to participate and develop sales activities on e-commerce platforms. This not only helps them expand their product consumption markets but also improves business efficiency in the digital age. In particular, the elderly and freelancers have gradually become accustomed to using smartphones for cashless payments, information lookup and registration for essential services.
