During a working trip to Thai Binh , on the morning of December 16, a delegation from the Republic of Benin led by Mr. Olushengun Adjadi Bakari, Minister of Foreign Affairs, visited and worked at ThaiBinh Seed Group Joint Stock Company. Accompanying the delegation to the province was comrade Nguyen Quang Hung, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

During the meeting, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Benin said that Benin is facing difficulties in varieties and techniques in increasing rice productivity.
