The training conference was attended by over 150 trainees who are officials, civil servants, and public employees in charge of karaoke and discotheque management of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Department of Culture, Science and Information of districts, towns, and cities; cultural officers of communes, wards, and towns; and businesses and households providing karaoke and discotheque services in the province.

At the training conference, the trainees were informed by the former Director of the Legal Department (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism), officers of specialized and professional departments of the Provincial Police about legal documents on cultural management, fire prevention and fighting, rescue and security and order in karaoke and dance halls.

At the end of the training conference, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism will issue certificates to the trainees.
