The delegation offered incense at the Vi Xuyen National Martyrs' Cemetery; the Vi Xuyen Front's heroic martyrs' temple at the 468 high point in Nam Ngặt village, the Thanh Thủy commune martyrs' temple and the Pinh village incense tree (Thanh Thủy commune). These are historical sites associated with the fight to protect the northern border, where thousands of cadres and soldiers heroically sacrificed their lives for the independence and sovereignty of the Fatherland.

This is a practical activity to celebrate the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2025), contributing to educating the tradition of patriotism, arousing the sense of responsibility and gratitude in each officer and employee of the Vietnam National Petroleum Group.
