Continue to direct the traffic police force, mobilize other police forces to increase patrols, control, and strictly handle violations of laws on traffic order and safety.

Continue to implement strong measures, organize special working groups of the provincial police and district police to inspect, control, and handle acts of gathering, causing disorder and traffic safety, preventing illegal racing, speeding, reckless overtaking, and fighting crimes on traffic routes. Propose the Provincial People's Procuracy and the Provincial People's Court: exercise the right to prosecute and closely supervise the work of receiving and handling crime reports, initiating, investigating, prosecuting and trying traffic accident cases.
