Division 330 (Military Region 9): "Strong knowledge, skillful application, creative mass mobilization"

On August 24 and 25, in An Giang, Division 330 (Military Region 9) organized the "Skillful Mass Mobilization" Contest in 2023. The contest is an opportunity to disseminate and propagate mass mobilization activities; foster knowledge, skills, expertise, exchange and share experiences, creative ways, and effective models in implementing the "Skillful Mass Mobilization" emulation movement, contributing to building a "Good Mass Mobilization" unit in the new situation.

The contest consisted of 8 teams, going through 3 rounds: Introduction; knowledge and handling of situations; model propaganda, effective mass mobilization activities through dramatization.

With the spirit of solidarity, confidence, creativity, and exchange, along with careful and elaborate preparation, the teams performed impressively with thoughtful preparation, accurately reflecting the reality of the unit's mass mobilization activities in the stationed area.

The teams have built many creative programs and scenarios.

According to the Organizing Committee's assessment, the teams have thoroughly grasped the contest regulations and plans; actively reviewed knowledge and practiced their performances; developed creative programs and scripts; flexibly applied presentations with videos and illustrations for introduction; grasped the content of knowledge about mass mobilization work, answered questions quickly and accurately. In particular, the skits participating in the contest were written by the teams, and stage scripts were adapted from practical experiences of the "Skilled Mass Mobilization" model in their units.

Colonel Le Van Viet, Deputy Political Commissar of Division 330 (Military Region 9) affirmed: "Through the models and creative methods shared by agencies and units in this contest, it will create a widespread influence on mass mobilization work throughout the division, contributing to correctly assessing the qualifications and capacity, promptly fostering knowledge, skills, and expertise in conducting mass mobilization work for officers and soldiers in charge of mass mobilization work. From there, innovate, improve the quality, promote the activities of mass mobilization work in the new situation, contributing to building a strong and comprehensive Division associated with a safe and developed area".

At the end of the competition, Division 330 awarded 1 first prize, 1 second prize, 1 third prize and 2 consolation prizes to the teams with excellent achievements in the competition.
