In the first quarter of 2025, the work of the Youth Union, Association and youth movement in the province continued to have many innovations. The revolutionary action movements of the Union and the program of accompanying the youth were implemented widely and effectively. The whole province carried out 6 provincial-level youth projects, 7 district-level youth projects, more than 250 grassroots youth projects and tasks with a value of billions of VND. In addition, 267,000 new trees were planted; youth union members were mobilized to donate 3,871 units of blood.

Social security activities are carried out regularly, with a high focus on the occasion of Lunar New Year and Youth Month. Specifically, the whole province supported the construction and repair of 8 charity houses and gratitude houses; donated 2,100 gifts, 200 warm clothes, 550 banh chung; and provided free medicine to more than 300 policy beneficiaries and people in difficult circumstances with a total value of nearly 1.5 billion VND.

Caring for children in difficult circumstances continues to be focused on. During the quarter, the Youth Union at all levels coordinated to present 4 playgrounds for children, 35 study corners, and 626 gifts to children in difficult circumstances. The Provincial Youth Union Council successfully organized the 11th Uncle Ho's Good Children - 2025, honoring 119 outstanding children with many outstanding achievements in studying, training, and team work. The whole province admitted 4,670 new members; established 2 Youth Union organizations in non-state enterprises.

In the first quarter, the Youth Union at all levels effectively organized and implemented the Youth Month with the theme "Ha Nam Youth is proud and confident in following the Party". All 10/10 targets set were achieved and exceeded the plan. Typically, 28,000 Youth Union members and young people participated in volunteer activities organized by the Union and Association; 5,240 young people received career and job counseling, 1,000 young people were introduced to jobs; 1,860 children in difficult circumstances were supported by the Union at all levels; 1,274 outstanding Youth Union members were introduced to the Party...

Regarding the key tasks of the second quarter of 2025, the Provincial Youth Union and the Provincial Youth Union directed all levels of the Youth Union to focus on promoting propaganda and dissemination of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo and the Plan to implement the Resolution of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation; urge the implementation of awareness assessment after studying the resolution.

Organize the Ha Nam Province Youth Informatics Competition 2025, scheduled to take place at the end of April. Develop a plan and launch the "Summer Youth Volunteer" Campaign, the 2025 Exam Support Program. Continue to organize activities to support young entrepreneurs; coordinate to organize exam season counseling and career orientation for students of high schools, vocational education centers - continuing education in the province.

At the conference, delegates participated in supporting the journey for the homeland's sea and islands in 2025.
