Southeast Asia Ceramic and Stone Industry Exhibition Coming Soon

From December 11 to 13, 2024, the ASEAN Ceramics & ASEAN Stone 2024 Exhibition (the future of the ceramics and natural stone industry in Southeast Asia) will be held in Ho Chi Minh City.


The event is organized by MMI Asia - a subsidiary operating in Asia of Messe München GmbH (Germany) and the Vietnam Building Ceramics Association (VIBCA). This information was shared by the Organizing Committee at a press conference held on the afternoon of October 28 in Hanoi.

According to Mr. Dinh Quang Huy - Chairman of the Vietnam Construction Ceramics Association (VIBCA), in 2024, there have been signs of recovery and development opportunities for the ceramics industry in the ASEAN region, Asia and around the world. Strengthening trade promotion, business cooperation exchanges and improving production line efficiency towards improving product quality, green, clean and sustainable production are playing an increasingly important role. Therefore, organizing exhibitions for the ceramics industry is one of the practical and highly effective activities.

Organized by MMI Asia, the Asian subsidiary of Messe München GmbH (Germany) and the Vietnam Building Ceramics Association (VIBCA), ASEAN Ceramics 2024 is the leading international exhibition on machinery, technology and raw materials for the production of tiles, sanitary ware, fired clay tiles and technical ceramics.

ASEAN Ceramics 2024 will take place concurrently with ASEAN Stone 2024, with the participation of international exhibitors and brands of machinery, tools, chemicals and raw materials for the Stone industry.

The ceramics industry is growing rapidly, driven by advances in automation and sustainability. ASEAN Ceramics 2024 will highlight the latest ceramics manufacturing equipment, energy-saving solutions and more, said Michael Wilton, CEO of MMI Asia, at the press conference.

“We look forward to giving attendees the opportunity to see first-hand how these businesses are reshaping the future of ceramic manufacturing,” said Michael Wilton.

Following the success of the previous exhibition held in Hanoi, ASEAN Ceramics & Stone 2024 continues to receive the patronage of the Ministry of Construction of Vietnam. With the theme of this year’s ASEAN Ceramics Exhibition “Sustainability and Diversity through Innovation and Collaboration”, the exhibition will focus on pioneering ceramic companies in using the latest innovations and technologies to create sustainable production methods.

The three-day conference and workshop sessions will delve into the industry’s development trends and pressing issues facing the ceramics industry, with speakers sharing their views on topics such as “From Climate Change to Zero Emission Society” and “Maintaining Resilience in the Ceramics Industry”, which will drive limitless growth and generate innovative ideas to take the ceramics industry to new heights.
