The People's Committee of Dak Lak province has just issued a document directing relevant units to complete site clearance and material quarries, speed up construction progress, and complete Component Project 3 of the Khanh Hoa - Buon Ma Thuot Expressway Phase 1 to ensure progress according to the set plan.

The contractor is constructing Component Project 3 of the Khanh Hoa - Buon Ma Thuot Expressway.

According to the report of the Provincial People's Committee, through monitoring and reporting of the Ministry of Construction, the progress of implementing some procedures of Component Project 3 is still slow, such as: The scope of site clearance according to the design and the scope of adjustment and expansion at the locations has not been completed; 1 500kV line location is clearing the ground at 2 anchor locations; procedures for approving the lease of Ea Kenh mine land have not been completed; relocation of residential power lines and low voltage 4 has not been completed; 5 bridges have not completed the beam launching...

In order to complete the Component 3 Project of Khanh Hoa - Buon Ma Thuot Expressway Phase 1 before August 30 as directed by the Prime Minister, the Provincial People's Committee requested relevant units and localities to focus resources, coordinate closely, speed up the handover of the remaining land and complete related procedures.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Industry and Trade to preside over and coordinate with investors and related units to review, support, and accelerate the relocation of electrical infrastructure, especially high-voltage power lines, without affecting construction progress.

The Department of Agriculture and Environment is assigned to preside over and coordinate to guide the People's Committee of Krong Pac district, investors and contractors to complete the procedures for leasing land at Ea Kenh mine.

The investor and the People's Committees of Krong Pac and Cu Kuin districts have creative solutions to compensate for slow progress due to site clearance ; focus on thoroughly handling problems related to material mines, waste dumps, land use plans, and infrastructure relocation.

Component 3 of the Khanh Hoa - Buon Ma Thuot Expressway Phase 1 has a total length of over 48km, with a total investment of 6,165 billion VND. Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee is the governing body. Dak Lak Provincial Management Board of Investment Projects for Construction of Transport Works and Rural Development is the investor.
