During the April 30 and May 1 holidays this year, Quang Ngai welcomed about 230,000 visitors, an increase of 25% over the same period in 2024. Of which, there were more than 50,000 overnight visitors (room occupancy rate reached over 65%, with Ly Son alone having 100% occupancy rate); visitors to tourist areas and attractions in the province reached about 181,000. Revenue from tourism activities reached more than VND 219 billion, an increase of 29% over the same period last year.

According to the Director of Binh Thanh Doan Phu Viet Nam Agricultural - Service and Community Tourism Cooperative, the “Countryside Cuisine” festival had nearly 50 households participating. The program held over 2 nights from April 30 to May 1 attracted more than 10,000 visitors to visit and experience.

According to statistics from the Port Management Board and the Provincial Inland Waterways Port Authority, during the 5-day holiday, nearly 10,000 visitors came to Ly Son. "During this holiday, I spent 2 days having fun with my friends in Ly Son, with many interesting feelings. In particular, I had a wonderful experience swimming in the sea at Be Island with clear, clean and beautiful water," said tourist Truong Viet Hien, from Dong Nai province.
