On the morning of September 2, many families and groups of young people visited the house at 48 Hang Ngang, Hang Dao Ward, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi , where President Ho Chi Minh wrote the Declaration of Independence, to visit and learn about history through artifacts, documents, and stories from previous generations.
