Up to this point, enterprises and cooperatives producing OCOP products in and outside the province participating in the fair have prepared products to introduce at the fair. Ms. Pham Thanh Mang (owner of Thanh Mang processing facility, Zone 4, Co To town, Co To district) said: Participating in this fair, my facility has prepared quality seafood raw materials, selected to make finished products to introduce and sell. The products are processed in a systematic, careful manner and packaged, vacuum-sealed to ensure deliciousness and hygiene. Co To dried squid, one-sun dried mackerel, dried anchovies... are the main products of the facility introduced at the fair. It is expected that the facility will prepare about 200kg of products to meet the shopping needs of people and tourists during the holidays.

Along with the OCOP booths of localities, at the OCOP Fair of the Red River Delta - Quang Ninh 2025, there are also exhibition booths, introducing typical agricultural and OCOP products of provinces, cities, domestic and foreign economic organizations; international local enterprises having cooperative relations with Quang Ninh, such as: Hokkaido (Japan), Hua Phan, Luang Prabang, Xay Nha Bu Ly (Laos); Guangxi and Yunnan (China) ...; booth area promoting e-commerce activities and cashless payments ... In addition, there is also a stage area serving the opening program of the fair and an area with LED screens installed to broadcast videos introducing OCOP products, historical sites, local cultures, typical products of Quang Ninh province to domestic and international tourists during the April 30 - May 1 holiday.

According to the representative of Liuni Tea Investment Development Company Limited, Hanoi City, said: Attending the fair, the unit brings tea products with many rich, delicious flavors and ensuring food hygiene and safety such as: Jasmine tea, Tibetan barley milk tea, cherry pearl milk tea, mulberry yogurt... Enterprises expect the fair to be an opportunity to promote products, find more new markets, and boost production.

The 2025 Red River Delta - Quang Ninh OCOP Fair with a scale of over 250 booths, is divided into 4 areas for displaying and promoting products inside and outside the Provincial Planning, Fair and Exhibition Palace. Of which, there are 100 booths displaying and introducing agricultural products, OCOP products of 13 districts, towns and cities of Quang Ninh. This area is built in the form of an open space booth area with product display shelves. Along with that are 150 booths introducing typical agricultural and OCOP products of provinces, cities, domestic and foreign economic organizations.

According to the Department of Industry and Trade of Quang Ninh, the OCOP Fair in the Red River Delta - Quang Ninh 2025 is a national event on Trade Promotion in 2025, held in Ha Long City, aiming to connect, introduce, promote and practically boost the consumption of OCOP products, typical products of Quang Ninh, forming a "tourist destination" to serve the consumption and shopping needs of people and tourists during the holidays.
