Doosan Enerbility Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Doosan Vina) is one of the typical FDI enterprises in the province. With an investment capital of 300 million USD and a scale of over 100 hectares, Doosan Vina currently has 3 factories, specializing in manufacturing equipment for power plants, seaport cranes, seawater desalination equipment, raw fuel processing equipment, modules, steel structures and soon offshore wind power products. To date, Doosan Vina has completed nearly 400 projects, with a total order value of over 3 billion USD. Doosan Vina products are operating in 38 countries.
For many years, Doosan Vina has been supplying boilers to thermal power plants in the country and abroad such as India, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Japan, Indonesia... Doosan Vina is also a supplier of desalination equipment to the United Arab Emirates, Chile, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Kuwait and Bahrain. These devices weigh nearly 4,500 tons, can provide 776 million liters of clean water, meeting the needs of nearly 2.5 million people every day...

Operating in the field of yarn and fabric production, XDD Textile Company Limited (XDD Textile), located in VSIP Quang Ngai Industrial Park, currently has 2,400 employees, 90% of whom are locals. During the period when many garment enterprises faced difficulties due to the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic and the global economic crisis, XDD Textile still maintained continuous orders. During the recent Lunar New Year 2025, XDD Textile was one of the enterprises operating throughout Tet. With the company's two main products being cotton yarn and denim fabric; 60% of the company's products are supplied to the European and American markets; 40% of products are supplied to the Asian market. In 2024, the company will export 45 million meters of fabric and 60 thousand tons of cotton yarn to the market.
Dinh Tan Quan, Administrative Director of XDD Textile Co., Ltd., said that the company has 2 factories, of which the cotton yarn factory with a scale of 14 hectares was built in 2014. In 2019, the company built a denim fabric factory, and the company is currently implementing phase 2 of this factory to expand the scale, increasing the operating capacity to 70 million meters of fabric/year.
With a large workload, maintaining stable orders and policies to care for workers, Doosan Vina and Textile Construction Company Limited have been creating jobs for thousands of workers, attracting many young people to return to their hometowns to work.
Doosan Vina provides stable jobs for nearly 3,000 employees, including nearly 1,500 employees of the company and nearly 1,500 employees of subcontractors. Since 2014, Doosan Vina has implemented a program to repair and build new houses with the theme "Dream House" for the company's employees. To date, Doosan Vina has supported 22 houses for the company's employees, with a total value of over 1.5 billion VND.
At Doosan Vina, more than 80% of the staff are local people, many of whom hold important positions in the company. Mr. Nguyen Tan Suu (40 years old) in Binh Nguyen Commune (Binh Son), currently the Head of the Company's Training Department, said that he used to study and work in Ho Chi Minh City. In 2009, he decided to return to his hometown to start a business and work at Doosan Vina. "Working in a foreign enterprise environment in my hometown has brought me many benefits. Besides learning, training skills, knowledge, and developing myself, I also have many advantages in life, taking care of my family, and accumulating finances," Mr. Suu shared.
With the core value of taking people as the root to create the traditional culture of the enterprise, XDD Textile Co., Ltd. has implemented many policies towards employees. The company stipulates that working hours and overtime do not exceed 60 hours/week. Currently, the company's employees have an average income of about 9 million VND. Up to now, the company has not had any cases of work stoppage or production stoppage, the rate of resignation is very low.
In addition, the company has many policies to care for employees, especially timely encouragement, support, and help for employees in difficult circumstances and those facing life events. For example, in 2024, the company organized 3 donation campaigns with a total amount of 500 million VND to support 3 situations of employees whose relatives were sick or had accidents.
