Sea turtle model (also known as green turtle).

This animal lives mainly in Con Dao. This is the main breeding ground for 90% of turtles in Vietnam, with more than 145,000 baby turtles born and released into the sea from 2018 - 2023.

Mr. Pham Thanh Binh An (construction unit) said that he and 4 workers spent more than 1.5 months using foam and sponge to create the models at the workshop in Ho Chi Minh City. After transporting them to Vung Tau, the workers used sand to cover the surface.

"We paint on the foam surface, cover it with glue, then cover it with sand to make it stick," said Mr. An, adding that this method will not wash away the model when it rains or when it is windy.
