In order to share the difficulties with colleagues working in population work in Nghe An and Dien Bien provinces that were heavily affected by storm No. 3, the Population Volunteer Group led by Mr. Bui Van Duc, an officer at Tien Hai Medical Station (Hung Yen) called on officers and staff working in population work to join hands in support.
The amount of money received was shared by Mr. Bui Van Duc on social networks.
The donation campaign started on July 31, 2025 and has now ended, raising 83 million VND. This amount will be used by the Population Volunteer Group to support population officers and employees facing difficulties in Nghe An and Dien Bien provinces in the coming time.
