Leaders of Quang Ngai and Kon Tum provinces exchanged on the sidelines of the Conference on implementing the Central Government's policy on merging provincial administrative units of Quang Ngai and Kon Tum, which took place on the morning of April 15 at the Kon Plong District Party Committee hall (Kon Tum). |
According to the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province, developing a plan to transport officials, civil servants and public employees when traveling for work from Kon Tum to Quang Ngai and vice versa is extremely necessary to ensure safety, efficiency and save time.
Because Quang Ngai and Kon Tum are mountainous areas with limited transportation, if there is no suitable means of transportation, cadres, civil servants and public employees may have difficulty traveling, affecting their health, spirit and work progress. Arranging transportation helps ensure initiative in the schedule, reduce the risk of traffic accidents and raise awareness of organization and labor discipline. At the same time, it shows the government's concern for the lives and welfare of cadres, civil servants and public employees, contributing to improving working spirit and internal cohesion.
Quang Ngai and Kon Tum are mountainous areas with limited transportation. Therefore, arranging vehicles to ensure the travel needs of officials, civil servants and public employees after the arrangement of provincial administrative units is extremely necessary. |
According to the plan to transport officials and civil servants to work after the merger of Quang Ngai and Kon Tum provinces (the administrative center is located in Quang Ngai province), it is estimated that there will be about 950 officials, civil servants and public employees, of which about 150 comrades are under the management of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee.
To meet the transportation needs of officials, civil servants and public employees when traveling from Kon Tum to Quang Ngai and vice versa, Quang Ngai province has proposed 3 options. Specifically, option 1: arrange vehicles to operate daily; option 2: arrange vehicles at the beginning and end of the week; option 3: flexibly operate on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays of the week.
