After the launching ceremony, forces of Hoa Xuan ward combined with mechanical vehicles to dredge and clear 3 drainage ditches from Tay An area, Dong Hoa Cultural House, Le Kim Lang Primary School to Cam Le river.

Neighborhood groups and residential areas mobilized people to clean up, collect scattered trash, and dredge and clear rainwater inlets on many roads.
