Accordingly, the "1+1" model for grassroots women's associations is 1 good association with 1 weaker association; 1 association member mobilizes 1 woman to participate in the association organization; 1 female party member trains and introduces to the party 1 association head/group leader/deputy group leader, 1 female association member is an official, civil servant, public employee/executive committee member; 1 strong association helps 1 weak association or 1 member with conditions supports 1 member in difficult circumstances...

The “3 have, 3 know” model includes: having pioneer members, having monthly activities, having resources to organize activities, and knowing the members’ faces, circumstances, and needs. As a result, from 2023 to now, the whole district has launched 9 “1 + 1” and “3 have, 3 know” models.

The launch of the models aims to improve the quality of association activities; support and accompany branches that are still facing difficulties in organizing and operating activities. At the same time, create conditions for branch officials, women's groups and branches, women's groups to meet, exchange, learn from each other's experiences; coordinate, support, and help each other to build a strong association.
