Phu My Tay needs to focus on developing high-tech agriculture.

Comrade Nguyen Tuan Thanh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee attended and directed the Congress. Phu My Tay commune was merged from My Trinh commune and My Hoa commune. In the 2020-2025 term, the Party Committees of the two communes before the merger made efforts to achieve quite comprehensive results in all fields.

Over the past 5 years, the economy of the communes has continued to grow well; socio-economic infrastructure has been invested in, the rural landscape has undergone many changes; social security has been ensured, and the material and spiritual life of the people has been improved. National defense has been strengthened, political security has been stable, and social order and safety have been basically maintained.

Promoting the achieved results, in the 2025-2030 term, the Party Committee of the commune aims to build a commune with rapid and sustainable development with targets such as: average annual growth rate of local product value reaching 10.9%; total state budget revenue of 81.5 billion VND; average income per capita of 69.7 million VND/year; disbursement rate of public investment capital compared to the plan assigned by the Provincial People's Council reaching 100%...

Speaking at the Congress, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tuan Thanh requested that the Phu My Tay Commune Party Committee quickly stabilize its organization, build solidarity and unity within the entire Party Committee with the key task of building and rectifying the Party and a clean, strong and comprehensive political system.

Along with that, concretize the Congress Resolution into specific action plans and programs that are close to the actual situation with the motto of "6 clear", the spirit of "lightning speed", "no retreat, only action", "think deeply, do big" to achieve the set goals and targets.

In addition, the commune focuses on directing the effective implementation of national defense and security consolidation, maintaining political stability and social order and safety; proactively grasping the situation and promptly resolving arising issues right at the grassroots level. Strengthening prevention and effective combat against all types of crimes and social evils, building a solid national defense and people's security posture.

At the same time, closely direct, resolutely, and make breakthroughs, giving maximum priority to promoting economic growth; in which, focusing on developing high-tech agriculture associated with new rural construction; shifting the structure of crops and livestock in line with ecological agriculture, organic agriculture, and high-tech agriculture.

Attracting businesses to invest in the agricultural sector associated with the value chain of key products and OCOP products; promoting the development of industry, handicrafts and services in a sustainable direction...

In addition, build a creative government that serves the people and businesses, taking the people and businesses as the center and subjects for the government to serve; pay attention to cultural development, effectively implement social security policies, policies for people with meritorious services, social protection beneficiaries, sustainable poverty reduction, promote job creation, and create livelihoods for the people.

The Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also requested the Phu My Tay Commune Party Committee to focus on researching, discussing, and resolving to set out specific and breakthrough tasks and solutions, determined to complete and exceed the development targets and plans in the coming period.

The Congress announced the decisions of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on appointing the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and key positions of the Phu My Tay Commune Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term. Comrade Nguyen Thi Thanh Binh was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Commune Party Committee.
