(CLO) As the Lunar New Year 2025 approaches, Hanoi streets are decorated with flags and banners in bright red to welcome the approaching traditional New Year and to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2025).
