In particular, the Vietnam - Russia Friendship Association of Ha Tinh province has had many meaningful activities to coordinate and connect information with Russian partners, signed 6 memorandums of understanding on the fields of economics, trade, science - technology, education - human resource training, translating the Tale of Kieu into Russian"... This is an important basis for expanding cooperation with Tatarstan in the coming time, including the field of tourism development cooperation. Ha Tinh leaders pledged to create favorable conditions for Tatarstan and Russian enterprises to access, research, and explore investment opportunities in the province.
