The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee inspected the construction progress and site clearance work of the entire riverside road project connecting Ha Long - Hai Phong expressway to Dong Trieu city (old), including the section from the expressway to provincial road 338 and the section from provincial road 338 to Dong Trieu city (old); the project to renovate and upgrade provincial road 338, provincial road 345, provincial road 327 and a number of key projects in Nam Tien Phong Industrial Park, Bac Tien Phong Industrial Park, Song Khoai Industrial Park.

Through the actual inspection, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Van Anh requested relevant departments and branches, together with the People's Committees of communes and wards with projects, to urgently review and fully implement mechanisms and policies to support people, ensure legal and legitimate rights to speed up the progress of site clearance. At the same time, it is necessary to strengthen propaganda and mobilization so that people understand and agree with the province's development policies and orientations, creating consensus and unity in the implementation process.

The Management Board of Construction Investment Projects in Region I and Region II needs to focus on urging and requiring contractors to mobilize maximum human resources, machinery, and means, organize synchronous construction, and ensure progress and quality of construction items.

For current projects facing difficulties in the shortage of filling materials, soil, rock, and sand, he requested the Project Management Boards of Regions I and II to develop specific plans to promptly meet the supply, without affecting the progress. At the same time, conduct an assessment of the capacity of each construction contractor, resolutely handle and replace if there are signs of delay or lack of responsibility. Functional units need to regularly review and grasp the difficulties and obstacles in each bid package along the route, promptly synthesize and report to the Provincial People's Committee to have a solution, remove bottlenecks, and not let the backlog and prolongation affect the overall progress.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized that the transport infrastructure and industrial park infrastructure projects in the Western region of the province are of special importance, creating a driving force for socio -economic development. Therefore, units and localities need to enhance their sense of responsibility, closely follow the scene, and strengthen close coordination to ensure that the projects are completed according to the set plan.
