Preparatory session of the 1st Congress of the Party Committee of Ca Mau Provincial People's Committee, term 2025 - 2030

On the afternoon of August 21, the 1st Congress of the Party Committee of the People's Committee of Ca Mau province, term 2025 - 2030, held a preparatory session, with the participation of 297/299 delegates representing 8,359 party members of 61 grassroots party organizations. Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Pham Thanh Ngai and the presidium chaired the preparatory session.

At the preparatory session, the Congress elected the Presidium, the Secretariat, and the Delegate Qualifications Review Board; and approved the agenda and working regulations of the Congress. Delegates were informed of the regulations and given instructions on organization, discussion, and promoting democracy to ensure the success of the Congress.

The preparatory session was organized seriously and in accordance with regulations, creating an important premise for the official opening session of the congress to take place solemnly, as planned, promoting collective intelligence, solidarity and unity.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Secretary of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee Pham Thanh Ngai spoke at the preparatory session.

Speaking at the preparatory session, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Secretary of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee Pham Thanh Ngai hoped that the delegates would promote their experience, intelligence and sense of responsibility to actively discuss in groups, contribute strategic ideas to the main targets of the Party Committee in the next term; at the same time, contribute accurate ideas, contributing to advising on socio -economic development of the province in the new era.

The official session of the congress took place on the morning of August 22. This is a political event of special importance to agencies, units and socio-political organizations under the Party Committee. The congress is expected to propose breakthrough orientations and solutions, meeting the trust of cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees and workers of the Provincial People's Committee; at the same time, affirming the pioneering and exemplary role of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee in the new development period.
