| Mr. Nguyen Le Duy, an official of the People's Committee of Thanh Duc Commune, Ben Luc District ( Long An ) and his friends were present near the Ben Luc Bridge on National Highway 1 through Ben Luc District to distribute drinking water and cold towels to people from the West returning to Ho Chi Minh City.
