Many core technologies with practical applications at iTech Expo 2025

iTech Expo 2025 takes place from July 9 to 11 at the Sky Expo Vietnam International Convention and Exhibition Center (Quang Trung Software Park, Trung My Tay Ward). The event has the participation of 10 countries and territories; more than 120 domestic and international technology enterprises exhibiting and introducing core technologies such as: AI, IoT, Big Data, Drone, Robot, Holobox... and some specialized application solutions (EdTech, AgriTech, Fintech, Cybersecurity...), Start up.

In his opening speech, Mr. Lam Nguyen Hai Long, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Computer Association (HCA), Head of the Organizing Committee, said that iTech Expo 2025 will contribute to building a comprehensive ecosystem where technology is truly applied to solve social problems. HCA will accompany businesses and local authorities in the digital transformation journey, creating a playground for startups, and enhancing trading activities in the context of many market fluctuations.

“iTech Expo 2025 will be a meeting point connecting solution providers, application businesses and government agencies, to together shape a sustainable digital future, not only for Vietnam but also for the region,” said Mr. Lam Nguyen Hai Long.

iTech Expo 2025 has 7 thematic seminars, introducing and sharing new technology solutions. In particular, the discussion focuses on the application of AI - digital transformation in businesses, public administration, education , sustainable tourism development...

Director of the Department of Science and Technology of Ho Chi Minh City Lam Dinh Thang hopes that iTech Expo 2025 will not only be a place to display advanced technology products but also a forum for parties to share knowledge and experience, and discuss new technology trends, especially fundamental technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, automation and green technology.

In addition, it also attracts the attention and investment of international technology enterprises in Ho Chi Minh City, promoting comprehensive digital transformation in all economic and social fields of the city.

This year, the Organizing Committee also coordinated with the Department of Science and Technology of Ho Chi Minh City to organize Digital Transformation consulting activities for 168 wards and communes of Ho Chi Minh City and neighboring provinces in 5 key areas including: Public administration and population management; local economy; infrastructure, urban - environment; culture, education, health; agriculture - rural development.

Sharing about this activity, Director of the Department of Science and Technology of Ho Chi Minh City Lam Dinh Thang said that in the new context of the city, the application of digital technology in management is an urgent factor to improve operational efficiency. Therefore, the Department of Science and Technology of Ho Chi Minh City accompanied iTech Expo 2025 to organize an in-depth consulting session, aiming to equip grassroots leaders with the most suitable technology tools and solutions for practical needs.

“The goal of the Department of Science and Technology of Ho Chi Minh City is not only to solve the problem of immediate needs and solutions, but also to join hands to build a synchronous and modern digital management platform right from the grassroots level, contributing to the common and sustainable development of the city. In particular, focusing on making technology a key tool to improve management efficiency, develop the digital economy, digital society and digital citizens”, Mr. Lam Dinh Thang emphasized.
