Many investors disburse public investment capital at high rates

As of early July 2025, Tay Ninh province disbursed nearly VND 7,500 billion out of a total of VND 15,697 billion of allocated public investment capital, reaching nearly 48% of the annual plan.

According to the Department of Finance, as of early July 2025, Tay Ninh province has disbursed nearly VND 7,500 billion out of a total of VND 15,697 billion of allocated public investment capital, reaching nearly 48% of the annual plan. This is a higher rate than the national average, however, it has not yet met expectations due to many projects being stuck in site clearance, lacking construction materials, and the payment time to people is still prolonged.

Of the 48 investors in Long An (old) 25, Tay Ninh (old) 23, 22 units have disbursed more than 50%. Typical examples include the Department of Finance (100%), Tan An City Project Management Board (77.9%), Provincial Border Guard (77.8%), Can Giuoc Project Management Board (74.4%), Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism (73.8%), etc.

Some major projects with high disbursement rates: Component 4 of the Ho Chi Minh City - Moc Bai Expressway (reaching nearly 90%), upgrading Provincial Road 830C (reaching nearly 82%), Truong Chinh Street - section from Provincial Road 781 to 30/4 Street (reaching nearly 79%).

In the last 6 months of the year, the province continued to promote site clearance and start construction of key projects such as access roads to 3 bridges on Provincial Road 827E (started on August 19), Ho Chi Minh City - Moc Bai Expressway, Provincial Road 823D, Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3, Tan Nam International Border Gate,.../.
