Mr. Nguyen Xuan Tinh also actively participated in propaganda sessions, guiding people on digital transformation in the commune, encouraging his children and grandchildren to register for chip-embedded citizen identification cards, activate electronic identification, use online public services, etc., contributing to spreading the spirit of digital citizenship in the community.

The class attracted over 50 students from many different fields, including many people aged 60-70 who brought computers, phones and even raincoats (in case of bad weather) to class with the spirit of learning and learning.
