Ngu Cung has just released the album Heritage, the band's brainchild that has been nurtured for 10 years, bringing the breath of folk heritage into rock music.
The band representative said that rock music is sometimes stereotyped as "hard-to-listen and deafening music". For nearly 20 years in the music market, Ngu Cung has always brought many emotions to the audience with compositions that combine cultural and folk colors, positioning a "different taste" in the rock community. Tran Thang, leader of Ngu Cung, shared that he always oriented the band to pursue a different style, not only focusing on pure rock music, but also clearly expressing community values. He believes that music is the perfect way to preserve and convey the nation's heritage and culture in the longest and deepest way.

“Anyone can tell stories about Vietnam’s heritage, but to remember them for a long time and engrave them in the mind, music is the most perfect thing. Intangible cultural heritages, natural heritages, and huge historical treasures… are the inspiration for Ngu Cung to write and preserve heritage through their music,” said Tran Thang.
The album includes 11 songs: Don em tro ve, Man Le 1979, Co doi thuong ngan, Yeu, Chung mot uoc mo and works with lyrics left by the late musician Tuan Long such as: Jumping fire to pray for rain (Pa Then ethnic culture), Ve tuoi tho, Son Doong, and new compositions Song khac di, Me thien nhien.
