Recently, violinist Trinh Minh Hien officially released the MV Nguoi Ha Noi , at the same time introduced the instrumental album Lap linh vang sao and the MV Tien quan ca in collaboration with the Vietnam Museum of Fine Arts.
This is one of the rare instrumental music products released on the occasion of National Day, September 2nd this year.

The song Nguoi Ha Noi was written by musician Nguyen Dinh Thi in early 1947, during the difficult period of the resistance war against French colonialism. Over the past half century, the song has been performed many times by symphony orchestra, piano, guitar…
However, this time, Trinh Minh Hien chose a new direction: Arrangement for violin solo. The female artist kept the original melody but skillfully incorporated classical violin techniques such as: Clasps, tremolo, left-hand pizzicato, free cadenza... to bring a different look.
The MV was directed by Italian director Gianmarco Maccabruno Giommetti, with slow motion effects and artistic frames, depicting portraits of more than 60 Hanoians in 30 familiar settings of the capital today.
At the press conference, Trinh Minh Hien emotionally shared: “Nguyen Dinh Thi’s Hanoians is a long poem written in the early days of the young country. When rewriting the work, I thought of Hanoians today - people living in peace .
I did not “destroy” the work but continued the unfinished part from nearly 80 years ago, to send my gratitude to those who fell for independence and freedom.”
At the same time as the MV was released, Trinh Minh Hien also released the instrumental album Lập rung vàng sao , including 9 works associated with the country's historical journey: Người Hà Nội, Que em, medley Bài ca Hồ Chí Minh - Ai yêu Bác Hồ Chí Minh hơn thế niếu nhi đồng - Như có Bác trong ngày đại thắng, Bit ơn Võ Thị Sáu, Quảng Bình quê ta ơi, Bài ca ông cánh cánh cánhăm, Cô gái vột thủ, Đất nước trước vui.
Of these, only one song has lyrics, " Bien Song" , which she composed herself. The rest are revolutionary arrangements rewritten for violin.
The album's title is inspired by the lyrics in Hanoi People and Song Lo Epic by musician Van Cao, evoking the starry sky, a symbol of national independence. The works are arranged chronologically from 1945 to the present, recreating the 80-year journey of ups and downs but also the glorious journey of the Fatherland.
The album was recorded live in the studio in an acoustic style, with the orchestra gradually expanding from solo violin to full band. The music combines classical, semi-classical, pop, world music, country... creating a color that is both heroic and intimate.

For Trinh Minh Hien, revolutionary music is not only a heritage but also a source of nurturing patriotism. “I am passionate about every melody of the Fatherland and paint patriotism with the sound of the violin. Blending in with the crowd, I see the beautiful country sparkling with gold and stars,” the female artist confided.
Lập dây vàng sao is not only a music album, but also a deep gratitude to veterans - those who are still alive and those who have become immortal - and at the same time conveys faith in a bright future for future generations.
The album was released on 58 digital platforms in more than 200 countries and territories. In addition to the album Golden Star and the MV Nguoi Ha Noi , Trinh Minh Hien also became the first artist to collaborate with the Museum of Fine Arts in an MV project with the song Tien Quan Ca.
