Mobilize and effectively use investment resources to develop transport infrastructure, infrastructure serving digital transformation, electricity, water, telecommunications, healthcare, education, culture... according to the general plan. Ensure smooth connection between residential areas, industrial clusters - small-scale industry - tourism and services to develop the economy - society, forming urban centers of level V. Maintain the completed new rural criteria, continue to build advanced and exemplary new rural criteria items, create landscapes and people's quality of life in a civilized, modern and sustainable direction.

The commune coordinates with functional sectors to do a good job of planning and building the economic - social infrastructure system. Prioritize planning to expand provincial road 307C from the center of Tam Son commune (provincial road 307B) running through Yen Lang commune connecting with National Highway 2C through Phu Luong commune (Tuyen Quang), in line with the planning of the development linkage of the northeastern region of the province, connecting the Vinh Yen - Tuyen Quang urban area and IC6 Noi Bai - Lao Cai expressway; expand Yen Lang - Hai Luu axis road, plan a new Yen Lang - Lap Thach route to serve the development of eco-tourism... Plan 2 industrial clusters in the 2 old communes of Lang Cong and Quang Yen; tourist area of Nui Sang - Ho Suoi Sai - Dong Dong - Thanh Cong. At the same time, study solutions to effectively develop cooperative economy, policies to encourage the development of household economy, private economy to participate in economic sectors.
