The event brings together many international chefs from India, Japan, Italy and many domestic professional chefs, attracting thousands of visitors to visit and enjoy the unique culinary quintessence.

According to Mr. Vu Xuan Truong, Deputy Director of Dong Nai Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the festival is not only an opportunity to honor the culinary culture of Dong Nai but also a highlight in a series of activities responding to the 2025 domestic tourism stimulus program with the theme "Vietnam - go to love".

The highlight of the festival was the establishment of the Vietnamese Record for the largest fried sticky rice with cashew nuts – a unique combination of Dong Nai’s specialty fried sticky rice and Binh Phuoc’s famous cashew nuts, conveying a message of harmony. In addition, attractive activities such as cooking competitions, art carving, exchanges with Master Chefs, and the launch of the Dong Nai Culinary Digital Map… brought a multi-dimensional experience to visitors.

With the orientation of turning tourism into a spearhead economic sector, Dong Nai is striving to create new momentum, aiming for double-digit growth. On August 20, visitors will be offered free entrance to Buu Long Tourist Area, contributing to spreading the spirit of openness and hospitality.
