A typical example is the Head of the Production Team, Basic Construction Site 2 (Ha Lam Coal Joint Stock Company) Pham Duc An, who has dedicated 25 years to the Coal industry. In the context of the coal industry facing great challenges, increasingly depleted resources, and increasingly high requirements for safety and environment, studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style is the driving force that helps TKV units overcome difficulties and fulfill annual production and business goals and targets. At Nui Beo Coal Joint Stock Company, in response to the Covid-19 pandemic, in the first 2 years of its term, the company focused the entire political system and expertise to create a combined strength to help overcome common difficulties. The company's Party Committee promptly issued many documents directing safe and flexible adaptation to maintain stable production organization. Not only affected by the pandemic, storm No. 3 in 2024 also caused many serious consequences for the company's architectural works. The company's Party Committee directed political organizations and units, departments and divisions to promptly overcome the consequences, quickly restore equipment, helping the company's production activities to stabilize soon.

With the efforts of the collective and employees under the direction of the Party Committee of the company, in the period of 2020-2024, the main production targets of Nui Beo Coal Joint Stock Company exceeded the resolution. In particular, coal consumption was 9.17 million tons, reaching 101%; revenue was 14,528 billion VND, reaching 105%; average income per capita was over 16.7 million VND/month, reaching 106%; especially the profit target was 325.5 billion VND, reaching 192%.

Over the years, TKV's coal mining output has been constantly increasing, reaching about 40-45 million tons of clean coal each year. The material and spiritual life of workers has been improved. TKV has become a strong economic group. With these outstanding achievements, the Group was honored to be awarded the Gold Star Order by the Party and the State (in 1996) and the title of Hero of Labor in the Renovation Period (in 2005) along with many other noble awards.
