Five domestic airlines fly into Tan Son Nhat Terminal 3, passengers who go to the wrong terminal will be able to change their tickets.

In mid-August 2025, Tan Son Nhat Terminal T3 will receive all domestic airlines, except Vietjet, which will continue to operate at Terminal T1. Bamboo Airways will change tickets for free during the first week of the terminal transfer to support passengers.

5 airlines flying into terminal T3

Speaking with Tuoi Tre Online , an airline leader confirmed that on August 13, there was a meeting with Tan Son Nhat International Airport and Vietnam Airports Corporation (ACV) about the plan to arrange operations at Terminal T3.

Accordingly, in addition to Vietnam Airlines , four domestic airlines will move to terminal T3, including Bamboo Airways from August 18.

Pacific Airlines and VASCO expected from August 19. Vietravel Airlines from August 21.

Thus, T3 terminal will have 5 domestic airlines: Vietnam Airlines, Bamboo Airways, Pacific Airlines, VASCO, Vietravel Airlines.

Meanwhile, Vietjet continues to operate at T1 terminal, not moving to T3 as originally planned.

Bamboo Airways supports free ticket changes for passengers who go to the wrong station

Bamboo Airways said all domestic flights will move from terminal T1 to terminal T3 from 0:00 on August 18.

During the period from August 18 to 25, passengers who are late for their departure from Terminal T3 due to lack of information, if they arrive within 20 minutes after departure time and are confirmed by ground staff, will be able to change their tickets for free to the next flight on the same itinerary.

If the next flight is full, the airline will still change to the nearest available flight, regardless of the fare difference. For routes with only one flight per day, passengers will be able to change to the next day's flight.

The company has increased notifications on its website, fanpage, SMS, email and Zalo OA; and at the same time, it recommends that customers proactively check information to avoid confusion.

Terminal T3 is modernly invested, including 90 traditional check-in counters, 20 automatic drop-off counters, 42 check-in kiosks, 27 boarding gates...

Bamboo Airways flights will check in at counters 45-50, opposite gates D2 and D3, which can be expanded from counters 43-52 as needed. The last-minute ticket counter is located at gate D2 for passenger convenience.
