That was at the age of 15 (in 1945), the Party and the entire people seized power from the colonial/feudal system, establishing the Democratic Republic of Vietnam. At the age of 24 (in 1954), the entire Party/the entire Army/the entire People completed the resistance war against French colonialism, restoring peace throughout the North. At the age of 45 (in 1975), the Party completed its historical mission, organizing the entire people to carry out the cause of building socialism in the North, fighting to liberate the South, and unifying the country. At the age of 55 (in 1985), the Party and the entire people overcame the consequences of two wars against French/American imperialism and two border wars in the North and South, protected the territorial integrity, and brought the whole country into the transitional period towards socialism. And in 2024, at the age of 94, the Party initiated and led the implementation of the Doi Moi process, bringing the whole country into the first stage of the transitional period towards socialism with new additions and innovations to the treasury of Marxist-Leninist theory through Ho Chi Minh's thought and Vietnamese practice, achieving many achievements, making "our country never before have had the foundation, potential, position, and international prestige as it does today".

However, the 1987 Land Law had many shortcomings and inadequacies when it was promulgated, forcing the National Assembly to continuously amend, supplement, and replace it in 1992, 2003, 2012, and 2024. If the reunification of the country was a strong rhythm of the nation in 1975, the shortcomings and inadequacies of the 1987 Land Law have hindered the transformation of this strong rhythm into a prosperous rhythm in the period 1987-2023. At the same time, from the country's powerful rhythms, Vietnam has produced people, facilities, centers, and businesses that dared to enter the semiconductor field early, and are now ready to join. Not only that, Vietnam also has many natural resources to supply locally and export to the semiconductor industry, including the Rare Earth source with the second largest reserves in the world, and the Bauxite source with the world's top reserves.
