Mr. Dam Nhan Duc - Chief Economist of MB received the award for Financial Large Cap with the most favorite IR activities by Investors.

Within the framework of the IR Awards 2024 Ceremony held on September 24 in Ho Chi Minh City, Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MB) was honored to be named in two prestigious award categories, including Top 3 Financial Large Cap with IR activities most favored by Investors and Top 3 Financial Large Cap with IR activities most highly appreciated by Financial Institutions.

“This is a testament to MB’s efforts in continuously improving investor relations, developing IR activities professionally and effectively on the basis of full compliance with legal regulations as well as promoting the application of good practices approaching international standards,” shared Mr. Dam Nhan Duc - Chief Economist of MB.

In addition, the "double" award at the IR Awards 2024 Ceremony is also a motivation for MB to conquer the goals set before the 30th anniversary of the bank's establishment (November 4, 1994 - November 4, 2024), as well as realize the vision by 2026 - not only becoming a digital bank but also aiming to become a leading digital enterprise.

Mr. Ha Trong Khiem - Deputy General Director of MB received the award for Financial Large Cap with IR activities most highly appreciated by Financial Institutions.

During the period 2023 - 2024, MB has implemented IR activities synchronously and diversely. MB has attended annual events organized by leading securities companies at home and abroad such as: Vietnam Access Day 2023, 2024 (Vietcap); Emerging Vietnam 2023, 2024 (HSC); Vietnam Corporate Day 2023, 2024; Asean Corporate Day 2023 (in Singapore) and Asean Corporate Day 2024 (in Malaysia) (Maybank). Each event brings together hundreds of domestic and foreign investment funds.

In addition, MB organizes quarterly Analyst Meetings after announcing its financial reports, with the participation of hundreds of domestic and foreign investment funds that are shareholders of MBB and other potential institutional investors.

In parallel, MB conducts 1-1 fund meetings at the bank’s headquarters or online as requested by the fund. It is known that the bank organizes an average of 50-60 meetings annually with investment funds and leading securities companies in the market such as Vietcap, HSC, SSI, Maybank, etc.

In addition, MB also regularly answers questions and concerns from investors at bank events, shareholder meetings, event livestreams or questions sent via email, phone, etc.

IR Awards is a program to honor listed companies with the best IR activities, held annually since 2011 by Vietstock in collaboration with VAFE Association and FiLi Magazine. The award honors listed companies with the best IR activities. These are listed companies that comply with information disclosure activities, have the best strategic management and financial communication, contributing to increasing stock value commensurate with enterprise value.
