According to the 2024 management report of Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Techcombank), from June 29, 2024, Masterise Group Joint Stock Company (Masterise Group) is identified as a related party to Techcombank, due to the participation in management and ownership of a person related to Mr. Ho Hung Anh, Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Specifically, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Thuy (Mr. Ho Hung Anh's wife) owns over 10% of Masterise Group's charter capital. Mr. Ho Anh Minh (Mr. Ho Hung Anh's son, born in 1995) and Mr. Ho Anh Ngoc (Mr. Ho Hung Anh's younger brother) are the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, and also own over 10% of the charter capital.

According to information from the National Business Registration Portal, Masterise Group was established in February 2007, originally named Thao Dien Investment Joint Stock Company (THDI JSC), with its main business being real estate. The name change to Masterise as it is now took place at the end of 2019.

Mr. Ho Anh Minh officially took on the position of General Director and legal representative of Masterise Group from the beginning of 2025, replacing his predecessor, Mr. Tran Hoai Viet Anh (born in 1988).

According to Techcombank's 2024 management report, Mr. Ho Anh Minh owns more than 344.68 million TCB shares; equivalent to 4.87% of the bank's charter capital.

On the stock market, TCB shares are currently priced at VND27,300. With the number of shares he is holding, it is estimated that Mr. Minh owns assets worth nearly VND9,500 billion on the stock market.

Mr. Ho Hung Anh, Chairman of Techcombank (1970) is the co-founder of Masan Group, a multi-industry private corporation operating in the fields of consumer goods - retail - agriculture - mining. In April 2019, Mr. Ho Hung Anh was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of Techcombank for the third consecutive term (2019-2024).
