The work of inspection, supervision, and enforcement of Party discipline was carried out in accordance with principles and procedures; Party committees and organizations were consolidated according to regulations, especially in merged, dissolved, and reorganized units. The Party Committee of the Military Region always maintained solidarity and unity, leadership capacity, and fighting strength were constantly improved; flexible and creative policies and solutions were proposed to build a comprehensively strong Military Region, successfully carrying out assigned tasks.

In the coming term, with the motto of "Solidarity-Democracy-Discipline-Innovation-Development" and breakthroughs, focus on building a clean and strong Military Region Party Committee; lead the building of a revolutionary, disciplined, elite, modern Military Region Armed Forces with comprehensive quality and high combat strength; a strong, compact, and regular force, a widespread militia and self-defense force, and a strong reserve force, as the core to build a solid national defense foundation, build a solid defense of the Military Region, provincial defense zones, and city defense zones.
