Developing human resources to reach international level

In order to realize the strategy of developing human resources to reach international standards, Generali Vietnam has implemented many exchange and professional development programs in many countries around the world. Typically, on August 6-9, as part of a series of activities to develop and recognize the achievements of the financial consulting force, Generali Vietnam organized the Genvention 2025 journey in Taiwan (China). With the participation of more than 360 of the best financial consultants in the first half of the year, the event was not only a tribute to the breakthrough efforts but also an opportunity for the team to exchange, learn and inspire the journey of serving customers.

Not only stopping at single experience programs, taking advantage of the multinational company network with nearly 200 years of establishment and development, Generali also continuously organizes global-scale playgrounds for consultants to have the opportunity to challenge themselves beyond borders. Notably, GAEC - Global Advisor Excellence Contest - a competition for outstanding global consultants held since 2017, attracting the participation of outstanding financial consultants from markets around the world. The Vietnamese representatives who have been present at this playground many times have contributed to affirming the unique mark and general importance of the Asian region on Generali's business map.

In July, Generali Vietnam was chosen as the venue for the MDRT Asia Awards, where all MDRTs in Vietnam were able to interact, learn and be honored at the regional level.

In addition, Generali also implements international talent exchange programs for a period of 6 months to 1 year for its permanent staff in Vietnam, so that any potential employee has the opportunity to develop, work directly at foreign offices, learn advanced organizational models and bring back new initiatives to the domestic market.
