Pursuant to Clause 2, Article 46 of Decree No. 98/2023/ND-CP dated December 31, 2023 of the Government, which stipulates the public announcement of the list of individuals and collectives proposed for commendation on the City's media. In order to have a basis for reporting to the City's Emulation and Commendation Council for approval, before submitting to the superior for commendation, the City's Emulation and Commendation Council posts information on collectives and individuals proposed for commendation to solicit public opinions.

Feedback should be sent to the City's Emulation and Reward Board (address: No. 37, Ly Thuong Kiet Street, Hang Bai Ward, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi) within 7 working days from the date of posting the information.
